Refund/Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. To cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $50 cancellation fee may apply.

Refunds are only issued in the event that a service was not provided as agreed or if we cannot fulfill the appointment for reasons beyond your control.

 

Fulfillment Policy

Dirty South Junk Removal provides on-site junk removal and demolition-related services.

Once a service is booked, we confirm via email, text, or call with the client. Our team arrives at the scheduled time to complete the job.

Photos of completed work may be shared with clients upon request or as needed for verification.

If weather or access issues delay the job, we will contact the client immediately to reschedule.

Terms & Conditions

By using our services, you agree to the following:

• All items removed are done so with client approval.

• Clients confirm they have the authority to dispose of items.

• Dirty South Junk Removal is not liable for items mistakenly removed.

• Any additional fees (e.g., special item disposal, extended travel, heavy load fees) will be disclosed and agreed upon before service.

• Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. We collect personal information (name, phone, email) only to contact you, fulfill your service, and provide receipts.

We never sell or share your information with third parties.
